If I start dating someone before my divorce is final, can it be use against me?

It really depends. I always suggest that people try to stay out of the dating world until after your divorce is over because no matter what it creates more tension within the relationship. You want to try to come to an agreement in your Tampa divorce. The more contentious the parties are, the more mad at each other they are, the harder it is to come to a resolution. When you bring a third party into that it just makes everybody more upset, so I would suggest that you try to not enter into a new relationship until your divorce is over. It won’t really have that much of an illegal affect.  It can sometimes with regard to alimony if  it happened before the divorce, but there’s a lot that goes into that.  Mainly it’s just a bad idea and will not work to your advantage.
