What are grounds for an annulment in Florida?

In Florida, it’s difficult to get an annulment. You must have a legal reason that your marriage never should have happened in the first place. The other person still being married to another person is grounds to obtain an annulment. Essentially, though, the new marriage is void even without an annulment. Fraud is a ground for annulment, but it is difficult to prove. If you’ve consummated the marriage or lived together, it’s extremely difficult, if not impossible, to prove grounds for an annulment. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.
