In my Tampa, FL divorce does the mediator meet with the spouses separately or together?
It depends on whether you want to be in the same room with your spouse or if you want to be in a separate room. Either is acceptable. The mediator may want to talk about all of the rules of mediation when everyone is together in one room and then separate. The mediator will go between the parties in their separate rooms with settlement proposals from the other party until an agreement can be reached. It really just depends on your unique situation. All Family Law Group, P.A. offers a free consultation to discuss the issues in your case. Call 813-672-1900 or email us to schedule a time to talk.
