In my Tampa, FL divorce how long does mediation last?

It really depends. If you are attending mediation through the court system (county) for your divorce or family law matter if your specific county has a mediation office, there will be a time limit on the mediation. In Hillsborough County it is two hours; however, different counties have different time limits on that. If you’re attending private mediation through a private attorney, the mediation can last as long as you need it to last. I’ve had mediation that’s gone as short as one hour. I have also had mediations that have gone for as long as two days. Really, your unique situation is going to be what determines how long your mediation is really going to be and how quickly you can settle your case. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.
