Who attends a Tampa FL family or divorce mediation?

Both of the parties involved in the divorce or family matter would attend the mediation and if the party is represented by an attorney, that attorney would also be at the mediation to give advice. The other individual there would be a certified family law mediator who cannot give legal advice to either party. Unless the parties agree to have other individuals there, they would be prohibited from coming. Again, the judge is not present or is not part of any mediation. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.

Excellent Service from Monica and the team. I am so thankful to have found this team to help me with my dissolution of marriage with a minor child.
