How does unbundled or limited representation differ from full representation?

In a unbundled or a limited representation situation, the attorney is only representing you for the specific matter that you have agreed upon. In other words, if you have a temporary hearing and you want to have an attorney just represent you for that hearing, but you don’t want to have counsel for your entire divorce, you can just hire an attorney to go with you for that temporary hearing. If you feel like you want to start your divorce on your own and then eventually you want to have an attorney just to come in for the final hearing, you can hire an attorney just for that. When you have a full representation, then that attorney is with you from the very beginning of the case, that attorney files all your documents, and that attorney continues to represent you until your case is finalized.

Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.

Excellent Service from Monica and the team. I am so thankful to have found this team to help me with my dissolution of marriage with a minor child.
