How does the court hear evidence for a default divorce in Florida?

What happens is you will attend a final hearing and you will testify to the court that the marriage is irretrievably broken and that there is no hope of reconciliation.  Furthermore, there is nothing the court could do to save your marriage. You go through all the things that you are asking for in the petition. If there are no assets or liabilities or children, then it is obviously very simple; however, if there are more issues involved which need to be resolved, then you are going to have to testify about that to the court.
