Can my spouse tell me that I cannot see my kids?
No. Your spouse cannot legally tell you that you cannot see your children. You as a parent are entitled to have timesharing with your child. However, your husband or wife may make it difficult for you to see your children especially through the process of divorce. There are motions that can be filed if your spouse attempts to keep your kids from you and sometimes they will qualify for an emergency hearing. In this case, the motion would have to be heard by the court and the judge would decide the outcome.
