In Florida, you are not required to have an attorney represent you during a mediation. However, both parties do have the right to retain counsel to represent them during their mediation and having an attorney at your side to give you legal advice is very important. Even if the mediator is a family law attorney, he or she cannot ethically give you legal advice. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.

Excellent Service from Monica and the team. I am so thankful to have found this team to help me with my dissolution of marriage with a minor child.
