You can oppose a divorce in Florida, but not for very long. You can ask the court via a motion to allow you to attend marriage counseling and that will put a pause on the divorce for a limited amount of time. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.
