In divorce do I still have to pay the rent and bills on the marital home?
It really depends. If you are the only bread winner in the family and you move out of the house and your spouse would not be able to pay those bills then you would need to continue paying those bills to avoid foreclosure or negatively affecting your credit. If the two of you agree that the one who is living in the house will pay those bills, then there is no need for the other to pay them; however, you should make sure the bills are paid as if they are not, it may result in foreclosure or otherwise, negatively affect your credit if you are also named as responsible for the rent and the bills. If you own the home then it is considered an asset in the divorce.
