Danielle Lord is a native Floridian who was raised locally in Palm Harbor. Mrs. Lord is an alumna of Palm Harbor University High School where she graduated with honors. She continued her education at Florida State University graduating cum laude with a double major in Communications and Political Science. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009 where she received multiple Dean’s Scholars honors and a Family Law Certificate. While in law school, she also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender’s Office in the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida in the habitual offender and juvenile divisions. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since September 23, 2009.
Mrs. Lord has spent her entire legal career as a litigator and counselor concentrating her practice solely in the area of family and marital law. She brings valuable experience and knowledge which she gained while working at prominent civil law firms. She has handled a full range of matters including alimony, child support, collaborative law, contested divorces, custody, domestic violence injunctions, equitable distribution, foreign judgment domestication and modification, high asset disputes, marital settlement agreements, modifications, parental responsibility, prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, timesharing, and uncontested divorces. In addition, she has obtained successful results during evidentiary hearings, mediations, and trials.
Mrs. Lord practices with the utmost professionalism and compassion and takes great pride in providing quality and competent representation to her clients throughout the difficult situations in their lives. She is well-recognized and respected within the legal industry and actively involved in the Tampa Bay community.
Mrs. Lord lives in Pinellas County with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading at the beach. She is also an avid fan of the Seminoles and Tampa Bay Lightning.
