How should I prepare for my divorce or family mediation?

At All Family Law Group we provide our clients with a mediation preparation worksheet that he or she will complete and return to their attorney.  In Hillsborough County mediation is mandatory before going to a temporary or final hearing.  This worksheet outlines all of the issues involved in the case including division of assets and debts, child support and custody or as also called timesharing, alimony and payment of attorney and court fees.  Whatever may be applicable in your case.
