How will collaborative divorce affect my children?
In a collaborative divorce the parties try to work together to come to a resolution of all of the issues in the divorce including time sharing with the children. In that way, if the parties can work together and get along it’s always better for both the parents and the children when they can agree. Furthermore, the children they feel the animosity between the parties if they are not in agreement. Coming to an agreement and limiting animosity is much better for you and your kids. This can also be accomplished through mediation.
