The petition is the document that actually starts the process of your divorce or family law matter. In Florida, it is called a petition for dissolution of marriage in a divorce or in a family law matter it would be, for example, a petition to determine paternity. We like to use the legal terms because it makes it a little bit easier on the parties. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.

Excellent Service from Monica and the team. I am so thankful to have found this team to help me with my dissolution of marriage with a minor child.
