What are temporary orders in a Tampa FL divorce or custody case?

Temporary orders are orders that are entered by the court which are in effect until a final judgment or order is entered in a divorce or paternity action. It would be in effect during the pendency of the litigation until the final hearing or the trial. Temporary orders could include temporary support, temporary exclusive use of the home, temporary issues involving the children, and temporary attorney’s fees. Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.
