What is the role of a mediator in a Tampa FL divorce or family law action?

A mediator is an unbiased and neutral individual who attempts to facilitate an agreement between the two parties; however they will not provide legal advice to either party. If the parties can agree, then the settlement agreement will be put in writing and signed by the clients and their attorneys. It is a legally binding agreement.

Website literally says all relative adoptions, but when you call, the guy that answers says they only handle uncontested step parent adoption. Don’t lie on the website just to get people to call. If you do all relatives, retrain your answering people.

Excellent Service from Monica and the team. I am so thankful to have found this team to help me with my dissolution of marriage with a minor child.
